About Joseph

Joseph Overstreet, known as Joe Overstreet to many, practices primarily in the area of domestic relations law, including divorce, dissolution, custody, post-decree modification, termination of spousal support, and child support modification.

As it relates to financial matters, Joe's background in taxation, employee benefits, and executive compensation proves to be a valuable resource when addressing situations involving significant assets. Joe leverages this experience to help clients navigate the many financial issues in divorce, including high-net-worth asset and debt division, spousal support, and post-decree modifications. Joe's goal is to provide clients with comprehensive understanding and clarity regarding the financial implications of domestic cases, no matter how complex the circumstances.

Joe Overstreet has a broad spectrum of litigation experience having represented clients in immigration, criminal defense, and civil litigation matters before state, federal, and administrative courts. As an attorney, Joe is committed to developing the most effective case strategy to help clients reach their goals, and achieve resolution in their lives. Joe prioritizes bringing a highly detailed-oriented, personal approach to each client's case, combined with genuine compassion and integrity.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Anthony W. Greco, Joseph Overstreet worked in the Tax Department of a Big Four accounting firm where he focused in the areas of international taxation, executive compensation, and employee benefits.

Joe Overstreet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University with a double major in International Business and Economics. After completing his undergraduate studies, Joe moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he concentrated his studies on individual and business taxation.

Outside of his life as an attorney, Joe enjoys traveling, reading, playing piano, and watching Cincinnati professional sports.
