What to Expect When Hiring Our Office

After contacting Attorney Greco, the first appointment is a free consultation.  After you decide to hire our office, you will be charged a retainer fee.  We use your retainer fee to cover the legal fees and other expenses in the beginning of your case.  Our office will set its retainer fee after we discuss the legal issues, legal strategy, and anticipated costs.  When your case is finished, if the entire retainer is not expended, the unearned portion is refundable.

The total cost of your case is based upon the number of hours spent, coupled with any direct expenses.  These direct expenses include court filing fees, expert witness fees, and deposition costs.  You will receive an itemized bill, on a monthly basis, which will detail all of the time spent on your case, as well as all of the expenses incurred on your behalf.

Once we determine your case strategy, we identify what documents and other information is necessary to move forward.  While you do not need to bring any documents with you to the initial consultation, if you have specific questions involving a prior court order, it is helpful to have that order on hand.

Going through a divorce or custody battle can be stressful, complicated, and emotionally taxing.   With the Law Office of Anthony W.
